We would like to place on record our sincere appreciation to M/s Odin Controls Private Limited for the exceptional support extended during the emergency breakdown of the Siemens WinCC Server-Client System at RMHP.

On receiving our emergency call at around 1:00 AM, Mr. K. Mahesh and Mr. Y. Tarun Kumar from Odin Controls responded immediately and reached our plant by 1:45 AM. At the time of their arrival, the RMHP operations were in a critical situation, and the entire team was under immense pressure due to the failure of the Siemens WinCC Server-Client System.

The Odin Controls team promptly analyzed the problem and worked continuously to restore the system. Through their technical expertise, dedication, and timely response, they gradually restored the WinCC Server-Client System and successfully handed over the complete system for normal plant operation by the end of the day, thereby minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity of plant operations.

We would also like to acknowledge the prompt support extended by the Siemens team, particularly Mr. Mohamad Nayeem, who responded immediately to our request and coordinated the necessary technical support during this critical situation.

The commitment, professionalism, and customer-focused approach demonstrated by Mr. K. Mahesh and Mr. Y. Tarun Kumar are highly appreciated. Their efforts played a vital role in restoring the Siemens WinCC Server-Client System under challenging circumstances and helped the RMHP team resume normal operations at the earliest.
